The arbitration shall be conducted in a location mutually agreeable to the parties, or if no agreement can be reached, in the jurisdiction where VariousApp operates.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of any dispute through arbitration. This dispute resolution provision shall survive termination of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect and will remain valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement
